Introduction And Your Questions

Hey,

Everyone receiving this post has found me through X, I just want to let all of you know that you chose a perfect newsletter.

Over the coming weeks this newsletter will get better and better eventually leading up to FREE attached video lessons, so keep an eye out.

I just wanted to use this first email to answer some questions asked privately and publicly on X:

Q: How do I get out of the ‘0 View jail?’

A: The ‘0 View jail’ essentially just means that YouTube thinks you’re a bot leading to them not putting your shorts into the shorts feed, the best way to fix this issue is by warming up your YouTube account and doing anything you can to make yourself not look like a robot to YouTube such as watching videos on the new channel for a couple of days.

Q: How can I find a booming niche early?

A: Its simple all you have to do is scroll on shorts, I would suggest you scroll in incognito to make sure the shorts feed is fresh and up to date with trending videos however you can go a step higher and use extensions such as view stats and VidIQ to give you additional information on the channels within the niches you find to know if they are good or not.

Q: How can I Improve my AVD (average view duration)?

A: There are many ways to improve your AVD, for example you could go into YouTube studio and check out the retention graph to see where people clicked off, this will tell you were you messed up in the script or editing within the short and from that you can get straight to work on fixing the issue.

Q: How can I get out of the 10-15k view trap?

A: Well this is surprisingly simple many people assume this is a “trap” however all you have to do is look at your average view duration and swipe ratio and if it isn’t good there is your answer, YouTube wont push out your videos unless you are getting better statistics there are certain metrics you have to hit for certain short video lengths for example 110%+ AVD on 30 second videos for it to perform well.

Q: What was the hardest point in your journey?

A: Losing everything I worked for and getting put back to 0, I have lost everything before after many months of hard work and dedication but I got back on my feet… you all have made the choice to join my newsletter for information whether its the start of your journey or not so my advice would be to never give up and stick to your dreams no 9-5 I can promise you the information and letter will get better over time so if you want a changed life get ready ;)

Although not many questions were answered this is just the start. I would love your feedback so hit me up on X and let me know what you would like to know in the next newsletter.

See you in a week,

- scrawsy
